Rehabilitation works to the ground-floor Wing B of the Clermont-Ferrand Public Finance Centre

Summary

The Puy-de-Dôme departmental public finance authority is procuring rehabilitation works to ground-floor Wing B of the Public Finance Centre in Clermont-Ferrand following asbestos removal. The contract is divided into three lots: Lot 1 covers demolition, plastering, painting, suspended ceilings, resilient floor coverings and wooden joinery; Lot 2 covers plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning; Lot 3 covers electrical works. The works include repairing damaged walls, levelling the floor and installing new flooring, fitting partitions and doors and suspended-ceiling supports, and applying fire protection to the upper floor slabs for up to one hour.
