Fuel supply at service stations and electric vehicle charging by card, with ancillary services

Summary

The Haute-Savoie Department is procuring, under a four-year framework agreement, fuel from service stations for its fleet of combustion-engine vehicles and charging services at public charging points for electric vehicles, using payment cards. The procurement is divided into two lots: fuel cards, with an annual maximum of EUR 600,000, and electric vehicle charging, with an annual maximum of EUR 300,000; both amounts exclude VAT. There is no minimum volume. Ancillary services may include tolls, parking and vehicle washing.
