Collection and transport services for non-infectious biological samples

Summary

The French Anti-Doping Agency is procuring, in a single lot, the collection and transport of non-infectious biological samples throughout France, including Corsica. Samples are collected from doping-control officers and delivered to an analysis laboratory designated by the Agency; transport must comply with requirements for biological samples, including Category B UN3373, and the applicable dangerous-goods transport rules. This is a single-supplier framework agreement with an initial term of one year and up to three one-year renewals; its maximum term is four years, with an annual ceiling of EUR 400,000 excluding VAT.
