Acquisition of SIAAP document management and Autodesk software licences and related implementation services

Summary

SIAAP is procuring licences for its FORMA document management system and Autodesk software, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D and the AEC Collection. The contract also covers maintenance, support, training, technical assistance, configuration and development across all SIAAP sites. This 36-month, single-lot framework agreement is based on orders, has no minimum commitment and has a total maximum value of EUR 2,700,000 excluding VAT; the annual cap is EUR 900,000 excluding VAT.
