Maintenance, major repairs and adaptation works for the building estate

Summary

The City of Fréjus is procuring maintenance, major repair and adaptation works for its building estate in nine lots: masonry and hard flooring; joinery and fit-out; metal and PVC joinery, locksmith work, roller shutters and shading; roof structures and roofing; painting, façade works, flexible flooring, suspended ceilings and glazing; electrical works; plumbing, sanitary, ventilation, heating and cooling works; waterproofing; and roads and utility networks. The framework agreement has an initial term of 12 months from 1 January 2027, with three possible 12-month renewals and a maximum duration of 48 months. The annual minimum for each lot is EUR 10,000 excluding VAT; the annual maximums, in lot order, are EUR 700,000, 150,000, 400,000, 500,000, 600,000, 600,000, 700,000, 350,000 and 600,000 excluding VAT.
