Service concession for management and operation of the Le Dôme swimming pool and ice rink complex

Summary

The Pays de Laon urban community is procuring, in a single lot, a five-year public service concession for the Le Dôme swimming pool and ice rink complex, from 1 January 2028 to 31 December 2032. The concessionaire will manage and operate the facility, including its technical, administrative, financial and commercial functions, maintenance and activities. The complex includes 665 m² of indoor pools, 1,400 m² of ice surfaces, a wellness area with saunas and a steam room, and outdoor areas and water attractions.
