Construction technical inspection services

Summary

GIE Groupe CCIR Paris Île-de-France is procuring technical inspection services for construction works at its own and member institutions’ buildings in the Île-de-France region, including sites of the Paris regional chamber and the territorial chambers of Seine-et-Marne and Essonne. The core services cover the structural integrity of buildings and equipment that is inseparable from them, as well as safety of persons; additional technical inspections and building diagnostics may also be ordered. The procurement is a single-lot framework agreement with no minimum value, a maximum value of EUR 302,500 excluding VAT and an estimated value of EUR 275,000 excluding VAT. Its initial term is 12 months, with three possible 12-month renewals and a maximum total duration of 48 months; up to two service providers may be appointed.
