Design and project management services for fire safety works at the Eiffel Tower

Summary

The Société d’Exploitation de la Tour Eiffel is seeking up to two service providers under a framework agreement for design and project management services to improve fire safety at the Eiffel Tower. Assignments may include audits and feasibility studies of fire-protection systems, design, and, where commissioned, preparation of construction tenders, construction supervision and acceptance. Examples include optimising water tanks, dry risers, fire hose reel systems, booster pumps and sprinkler water supplies, as well as supervising work on the sprinkler network. The framework agreement has a ceiling of EUR 500,000 excluding VAT for its entire term; it starts with a 12-month period and may be renewed three times, up to a total of 48 months.
