Maintenance of automatic doors, gates and metal roller shutters

Summary

The City of Drancy is procuring a single-supplier framework agreement for preventive and corrective maintenance of automatic doors, motorised gates, manual sectional and up-and-over doors, and related equipment at municipal sites, together with corrective repairs to approximately 150 metal roller shutters. The work includes inspections, breakdown call-outs, repairs, safety measures, replacement parts, refurbishment, and replacement or installation of equipment. Preventive maintenance is scheduled twice a year for automatic doors and gates and once a year for manual sectional doors. The agreement has no minimum value and a maximum value of EUR 600,000 excluding VAT, initially running from 2027 to 2027 with three possible one-year renewals, up to 31 December 2030; it is not divided into lots.
