Summary

Adoma is procuring technical advice and oversight of the operation, maintenance and repair of collective heating and domestic hot-water systems at its properties, including related air-conditioning and renewable-energy installations where applicable. The services cover technical and administrative monitoring, performance and energy-use review, site visits, reporting and occasional assignments, including project-management services ordered as needed. The procurement is divided into seven regional lots and is structured as a single-supplier framework agreement for each lot, initially running from 1 January 2027 to 31 August 2028, with up to two 12-month renewals.
