Design services for the construction and renovation of Ouche Dinier schools

Summary

The Municipality of Rezé is holding a design competition for the construction and renovation of the Ouche Dinier elementary and nursery schools. The project includes energy renovation of two elementary school buildings (936 m² and 393 m²), a new 382 m² elementary school restaurant with 170 seats, improvements to about 3,140 m² of schoolyards, and reconfiguration of 65 m² of the nursery school restaurant kitchen. The work is planned in five phases and includes a professional-orientation clause providing for workplace placements or internships.
