Management and operational monitoring of surface facilities of the UniGéo district heating network

Summary

UniGéo is procuring a framework agreement for operational monitoring of the surface facilities of its district heating network in Pantin, Les Lilas, Le Pré-Saint-Gervais and Romainville. The services cover production facilities outside the geothermal wells, distribution networks and heat delivery substations, as well as engineering services for network densification and extensions to connect new customers. The agreement comprises one lot, has an estimated value of EUR 1.7 million and a maximum value of EUR 2 million, and is planned to start on 1 January 2027 for up to four years.
