Framework Agreement for Surveyor and Chartered Surveyor Services

Summary

Communauté Paris-Saclay and participating municipalities are procuring surveying services under a two-lot framework agreement, with annual maximum values of €600,000 excluding VAT for Lot 1 and €200,000 excluding VAT for Lot 2. Lot 1 covers general surveying, including terrain, roads, utilities and buildings, topographic plans, monitoring and digitisation of existing plans. Lot 2 covers expert land surveying, including property boundary demarcation, cadastral and parcel records, surveying documents and the division of buildings into volumes.
