Maintenance and warranty extensions for ICDC’s existing X86 servers

Summary

CDC Informatique is procuring a single-supplier framework agreement for the maintenance and operational support of its existing X86 server fleet, including out-of-warranty maintenance or warranty extensions. The scope also covers administration console support and related services such as planned corrective maintenance, weekday technical assistance, weekend and public-holiday support, and contract start-up and transition services. The agreement runs for up to 48 months, with an estimated value of EUR 680,000 excluding VAT and a maximum value of EUR 816,000 excluding VAT; it is not divided into lots.
