Maintenance and monitoring of green spaces at EPFGE-owned sites

Summary

EPFGE is procuring maintenance and monitoring services for green spaces at its properties, divided into three lots: Lot 1 covers Meurthe-et-Moselle, Moselle, Meuse and Vosges; Lot 2 covers Ardennes, Marne, Haute-Marne and Aube; Lot 3 covers the outdoor areas at EPFGE’s headquarters. Services include mowing, brush cutting, hedge trimming, tree felling and pruning, stump treatment, invasive alien plant control, and handling green and other waste. This is a unit-price, call-off framework agreement with no minimum volume and annual maximum values of €200,000, €170,000 and €40,000 excluding VAT for Lots 1, 2 and 3 respectively. It runs for one year and may be renewed automatically three times for one year each. Bids must be submitted electronically in French and in euros by 4 November 2026 at 12:00; they remain valid for 180 days. Price accounts for 50% of the score, technical quality for 35%, and the environmental criterion for 15%; a technical score below 17 out of 35 is eliminatory. Bidders must demonstrate suitability through turnover, staffing, technical resources, the QualiPaysage professional qualification and details of similar work performed in the last five years. Environmental and social-inclusion obligations apply during performance, including 10 inclusion hours for every €10,000 invoiced excluding VAT.
