Supply of spare parts for the vehicle fleet

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for spare parts for Ardelia’s vehicle fleet. It is divided into 12 lots: IVECO original parts priced with a discount from catalogue prices; parts supplied by other manufacturers or wholesalers; IVECO mechanical and miscellaneous parts, body parts, electrical parts, braking parts, heating and cooling parts, filters, glazing and auxiliary heating parts; as well as air-conditioning parts for all vehicles and catalytic converters. Each lot covers the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030. Up to three operators may be appointed under the framework agreement for each lot, and bidders may submit offers for up to all 12 lots. The estimated value of Lot 1 is EUR 60,000. Offers must be submitted electronically in French by 12:00 on 6 November 2026. Variants are not permitted, and offers must remain valid for four months.
