Green space and outdoor area maintenance services for Concarneau Cornouaille Agglomération

Summary

The procurement covers maintenance of green spaces and outdoor areas belonging to Concarneau Cornouaille Agglomération’s Water and Sanitation Directorate, activity zones and other sites, divided into five lots: mowing, brush cutting and weed control; tree pruning and felling; mowing protection areas and maintaining ground, ditches and basins; maintaining fences and gates; and sweeping, repairing and maintaining roads. A single-supplier framework agreement will be awarded for each lot, initially for 12 months, with three possible 12-month renewals, for a maximum total term of 48 months. The maximum amounts for the full term are €825,000, €260,000, €370,000, €120,000 and €110,000 excluding VAT, respectively. Lot 1 is reserved, and bidders for it must provide evidence that they meet the reservation requirements. Tenders will be evaluated on price (40%), technical merit (50%) and environmental performance (10%). The deadline for electronic submission is 2 November 2026 at 12:00.
