Supply of vehicle spare parts, accessories and maintenance products, with related services

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of spare parts, accessories and specialist products for vehicle maintenance, together with related services, in the Seine-et-Marne department. The framework agreements are divided into four lots: Renault and Dacia light vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes (Lot 1); Peugeot and Citroën light vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes (Lot 2); Iveco heavy vehicles over 3.5 tonnes (Lot 3); and Renault heavy vehicles over 3.5 tonnes (Lot 4). Bids may be submitted for one, several or all lots. Each lot is a framework agreement with a single contractor, initially for one year and renewable up to three times for one year each, for a maximum total term of four years. There is no annual minimum; the annual ceilings are €400,000 for Lot 1, €150,000 for Lot 2, €250,000 for Lot 3 and €250,000 for Lot 4, excluding VAT. Bids must be submitted electronically through Maximilien.fr by 3 November 2026 at 15:00. Bids remain valid for 180 days. Price accounts for 60 points and quality for 40: quality is assessed on the resources and organisation for supplying spare parts (15 points), the personnel, equipment and organisation for vehicle maintenance services (15 points), and environmental measures (10 points).
