Supply and delivery of natural gas and biomethane with related services

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of natural gas and biomethane, gas transportation and related services for a joint purchasing group of 158 buyers in the Grenoble area. The framework agreement has two lots covering deliveries through the GRDF and GreenAlp distribution networks; gas origin may, where applicable, be evidenced by guarantees of origin. The agreement runs for 48 months, has no minimum volume and has a maximum total volume of 512,347 MWh. Its maximum value is EUR 66,605,150. The framework agreement will be awarded to up to six suppliers, or to one supplier if there are not enough suitable tenderers. A tenderer may bid for up to two lots and may be awarded up to two lots. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 5 November 2026 and remain valid for four months. Variants are not permitted at the framework agreement stage.
