Framework agreement for tree maintenance, pruning and felling in the Parc de Maisons-Laffitte

Summary

The tender concerns tree maintenance, pruning and felling in the Parc de Maisons-Laffitte under an order-based framework agreement. The work includes maintenance and formative pruning, crown thinning and reduction, tree felling and sectional dismantling, stump removal, preparation of planting pits, pest control, urgent safety work and, where needed, additional equipment and services. The agreement will be awarded to one contractor, is not divided into lots and will run for four years. There is no minimum order volume; the maximum is €400,000 excluding VAT per year, or €1,600,000 excluding VAT over the full term. Payment is based on unit prices. The offer must include a unit-price schedule, a technical memorandum and an environmental note, as well as proof of the mandatory site visit. The award criteria are price (40%), technical quality (50%) and environmental performance (10%). Offers must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 3 November 2026.
