Maintenance of green spaces in ZAC development areas

Summary

The contract covers maintenance of green spaces in five development areas in Saint-Cyr-sur-Loire under a framework agreement. Work orders will require mowing, pruning, weeding and cleaning, as well as care of planted areas, trees, paths and other green-space features. The technical work also includes watering, removal of litter and green waste, and replacement of plants. The framework agreement will be awarded to one contractor for an initial year, with two possible 12-month extensions and a maximum term of 36 months. The maximum value is EUR 167,000 excluding VAT for each contract period. The procurement is reserved for adapted enterprises, sheltered employment organisations or equivalent bodies where more than 50% of the relevant workers are people with disabilities who cannot work under ordinary conditions. The bid must include pricing, a work schedule, a technical proposal describing the methods and team, and technical data sheets for the proposed products and equipment. Bids will be assessed on technical quality (55 points), price (40 points) and environmental performance (5 points). The submission deadline is 3 November 2026 at 12:00. Bids must be submitted electronically in French and in euros.
