Maintenance of municipal green spaces, cemeteries and public areas

Summary

The tender concerns maintenance, cleaning and weed-control services for municipal properties in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers green-space maintenance, including cleaning and scrub clearance; Lot 2 covers municipal cemeteries and their surroundings, the outdoor areas of schools and nurseries, and, where applicable, public gardens. Each lot is reserved for a different category of organisation, and a bidder may submit an offer for and be awarded only one lot. A site visit is mandatory for Lot 2. Work schedules and frequencies will be set through orders. The planned contract term is one year, with up to three possible renewals; Lot 2 has an annual minimum value of EUR 3,000 and a maximum value of EUR 80,000, excluding VAT. Offers must be submitted electronically by 13 November 2026 at 12:00. The award criteria are technical quality (50%), price (40%) and environmental value (10%).
