Supply, integration and operation of the SMA information and communications infrastructure

Summary

The French Ministry for Overseas Territories, through the Adapted Military Service, is procuring a framework agreement for the supply, integration, operation, administration, monitoring, operational and security maintenance, and evolution of its information and communications infrastructure. The single-lot contract also covers user training and specific transformation projects, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud, network, data and artificial intelligence work. The term is 36 months, with one possible 12-month extension; the agreement has no minimum amount and a maximum of €12 million excluding VAT, with an estimated value of €6 million excluding VAT.
