Subscriptions to and online access to digital resources for the Clermont Auvergne Métropole library network

Summary

The tender covers subscriptions to digital resources and online services for the Clermont Auvergne Métropole library network, divided into seven lots: online music streaming and listening (Lot 1, up to EUR 50,000 per agreement period), video-on-demand viewing (Lot 2, up to EUR 150,000), online access to digital books for young readers (Lot 3, up to EUR 15,000), self-learning resources (Lot 4, up to EUR 40,000), online press (Lot 5, up to EUR 75,000), digital books (Lot 6, up to EUR 25,000), and digital audiobooks (Lot 7, up to EUR 15,000). Amounts are exclusive of VAT and apply to each framework agreement period; orders will be placed as needs arise. The initial framework agreement term is 12 months from 1 January 2027 or, if later, from the date of contract award. It may be renewed three times for 12 months each. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 2 November 2026. Variants are not permitted. Price is not the sole award criterion; the award criteria are set out in the tender documents. For each lot, a further contract for similar services may be concluded up to 50% of the initial contract value.
