Bulk supply of fuels and associated products

Summary

The procurement concerns bulk deliveries of vehicle fuels, domestic heating oil and associated products in the Alpes-Maritimes department. The products include diesel, unleaded petrol and domestic heating oil. This is a multi-supplier framework agreement under which individual contracts will be awarded later; up to four suppliers will be selected for the framework. The term runs from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2030 and may be renewed three times, subject to a maximum total duration of four years. The four-year minimum value is EUR 3,000,000 and the maximum value is EUR 8,000,000, excluding VAT.
