Supply and installation of electrical characterisation equipment
Summary
Université de Lorraine is procuring electrical characterisation equipment for the IADI laboratory. The procurement is divided into four lots: equipment for measuring transfer functions; optical electric-field measurement instruments for MRI environments; a thermal camera for non-contact measurement of heating in MRI; and a multipoint fibre-optic laser vibrometer. Bidders may submit offers for one or more lots, but variant solutions are not permitted. The contract includes supply, installation and commissioning of the equipment, software and accessories, user training, and a warranty of at least one year. Each offer must meet the technical requirements for the relevant lot. For example, the systems in Lot 1 must cover MRI field strengths of 0.55 T, 1.5 T, 3 T and 7 T. The optical electric-field probes in Lot 2 must operate across 20 kHz–1 GHz and meet requirements including a measurement dynamic range of at least 130 dB·Hz, rejection of orthogonal components above 50 dB and an IP67 protection rating. The Lot 3 thermal camera must include a lens of approximately 7° and an additional lens of approximately 45°, have a resolution of at least 640 × 480 pixels, a sampling rate of at least 50 Hz, a scan time below 50 ms and pixel depth of at least 14 bits. The Lot 4 vibrometer must have at least two measurement heads, fibre-optic cables longer than 10 m and sufficient measurement ranges for displacement, velocity and acceleration; it must also support synchronisation with MRI sequences using an external trigger. Offers must be submitted electronically by 16:00 Paris time on 2 November 2026. Delivery, installation and training must be completed by July 2027 at the latest. Each lot is evaluated on price, technical quality, delivery time, warranty and after-sales service, and environmental performance. To participate, bidders must provide financial-capacity and past-supply information, together with a completed technical and financial response schedule and technical description for each lot bid.
