Supply of books, CDs, DVDs and video games for the library and media libraries (8 lots)

Summary

The City of Grasse is procuring books, CDs, DVDs and video games for its library and media libraries, divided into eight lots. The lots cover, among other items, regional and general-interest reference and fiction books, comics, foreign-language books, audio recordings and videos. E-books and certain printed works outside the traditional book trade are excluded. This is a framework agreement divided into lots, with no minimum quantity and a maximum value for each lot. It runs from 1 January 2027 for up to four years; the combined maximum value of the lots is EUR 700,000. Bids must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 10 November 2026. Evaluation takes account of technical merit, an environmentally responsible approach and price, with different weightings by lot. Variants are not permitted, and electronic invoicing is required during contract performance.
