Printing services for the 2027 North Rhine-Westphalia state election

Summary

The City of Cologne is procuring printed materials for the North Rhine-Westphalia state election on 25 April 2027, divided into three lots. Lot 1 covers 750,000 personalised election notification letters, envelopes and return envelopes, plus additional unpersonalised materials for the electoral office. Lot 2 covers approximately 850,000 ballot papers across seven electoral districts, with additional quantities of representative statistical ballot papers to be determined later.
