Framework agreement for legal advice and court representation services, 2027–2030

Summary

The tender concerns legal advice and court representation services for the municipality of Rezé for 2027–2030. The framework agreement will be performed through orders at unit prices, with a separate award for each lot. Participation is reserved for lawyers (avocats) under the applicable French professional rules. The contract is divided into four lots: (1) urban planning, environmental and public-domain law, estimated at EUR 80,000; (2) public law, excluding public service and public-domain matters, including public procurement, public finance, electoral law, administrative policing and disputes concerning public-service operations, EUR 40,000; (3) public-service employment law, including career matters, discipline, and employees’ rights and obligations, EUR 100,000; and (4) private law, including civil law, private property and eviction disputes, EUR 60,000. The estimated total of EUR 280,000 includes renewal periods. The contract is due to start in 2027 and may be renewed up to three times under the conditions set out in the tender documents. Bids must be submitted electronically by 30 October 2026 at 14:00 and remain valid for six months. Prices are adjustable; no advance payment or financial guarantee is provided for.
