Supply of components for drinking-water and wastewater networks

Summary

The procurement covers two lots: the supply of components for drinking-water networks and components for wastewater networks in the Pays Voironnais area. It is a framework agreement with orders, initially lasting one year and renewable by tacit agreement up to three times. The annual value for Lot 1 is at least EUR 80,000 and at most EUR 500,000; for Lot 2 it is at least EUR 5,000 and at most EUR 100,000. These amounts exclude VAT. Bidders may submit for both lots, but variant tenders are not permitted. Tenders must be submitted electronically by 12:00 on 2 November 2026. They will be evaluated on technical merit (50%), environmental performance (10%) and price (40%). The contract includes environmental and social clauses, and payment is due within no more than 30 days.
