Orthoses and compression stockings for hospital patients

Summary

The procurement covers custom-made orthoses and compression products, as well as standard orthoses, for hospital patients. The four lots cover moulded orthoses and major orthotic appliances, standard small orthoses, custom-made compression stockings and socks for south-eastern Vendée, and the same products for other establishments. A purchase-order framework agreement will be awarded to one supplier for each lot. Bids may be submitted for up to four lots, and a supplier may be awarded up to four lots. The framework agreement lasts 12 months, starting on the later of 7 December 2026 and the contract notification date, and may be tacitly renewed three times for 12 months each. The estimated total value is EUR 1,620,560 and the framework agreement ceiling is EUR 3,241,120. Bids must be submitted electronically by 2 November 2026 at 12:00 UTC and remain valid for six months. Alternative bids are not permitted. For Lot 1, an optional offer may be submitted for custom-made orthopaedic shoes. For Lot 2, the requested samples must be provided for testing; failure to submit them on time may result in rejection of the bid. The award criteria are set out in the tender documents.
