Temporary staffing services for SMICVAL

Summary

SMICVAL is procuring temporary staffing services to cover staff absences, increased workload, and occasional or seasonal staffing needs. The procurement is divided into six lots: refuse collection workers and recycling-centre reception staff in the north-west area; the same roles, plus maintenance and cleaning staff, in the south-east area; waste collection staff, staff to clean shared recycling points, maintenance staff and materials recovery staff; heavy and extra-heavy goods vehicle drivers; other personnel; and part-time or shared personnel. The services will be provided under a framework agreement through orders at unit prices. The planned contract term is 36 months from 1 January 2027, and the estimated total value is EUR 3,285,000.
