School and out-of-school catering service

Summary

The contract covers the preparation and delivery of chilled meals to three catering sites in Enghien-les-Bains serving schools and nursery, primary and elementary-school leisure centres. Snacks must also be supplied for before- and after-school activities. This is a single-supplier framework agreement with an annual minimum value of EUR 300,000 and an annual maximum of EUR 700,000, excluding VAT. The initial term runs from 1 January to 31 December 2027, with up to three one-year renewals on the same terms. Among other documents, bidders must provide references for similar public-sector services from the last three years, details and the approval number of the central kitchen, proof of insurance, and financial information and accounts for the last three available financial years. A site visit is mandatory on either 13 or 19 October 2026, and the visit certificate must be included with the offer. The offer must contain a technical memorandum structured around the evaluation criteria, a table showing the purchase value of sustainable and organic products for four weeks of menus, and measures supporting sustainable catering. Evaluation weights are 50% for technical quality, 45% for price and 5% for sustainability. The submission deadline is 30 October 2026 at 10:00.
