Multimodal transport studies across the Lyon metropolitan area – 3 lots

Summary

The tender concerns mobility studies covering all modes of transport across the Lyon metropolitan area. The work includes collecting and analysing mobility data, taking urban development and mobility projects into account, developing short- and medium-term traffic scenarios, defining design principles for streets and intersections and approaches to parking provision and management, and carrying out evaluations and monitoring. A concise summary of the main findings, issues, scenarios and selected directions is also required. The tender is divided into three geographic lots, with a call-off framework agreement awarded to one supplier for each lot for an initial two-year term, renewable once for a further two years. Across all lots, the minimum amount for the initial two-year term is €360,000 and the maximum is €1,440,000 excluding VAT; the same amounts apply to the renewed term. Bids must be submitted electronically by 2 November 2026 at 17:00 and remain valid for seven months. All lots are subject to social and employment-related and environmental contract performance conditions; detailed qualification requirements must be checked in the tender documents.
