Supply of cleaning products and drogery items for the City of Toul

Summary

This tender concerns the supply of cleaning products and drogery items for the City of Toul under a framework agreement with four lots. The initial term runs from 1 January 2027 to 3 January 2028, with up to three 12-month renewals, for a maximum total duration of 48 months. The estimated value excluding VAT is up to EUR 172,000. After evaluation, negotiations will be conducted with the three best candidates; however the contracting authority reserves the right to award the framework on the basis of initial offers without negotiations.
