Summary

The tender covers services for arranging the sale of real estate, movable assets and various supplies for the City of Saint-Nazaire and the Saint-Nazaire urban area as a joint procurement, divided into three lots: (1) sale of real estate through notarial auctions, including preparation of the related legal documents; (2) sale of real estate without an auction procedure; and (3) sale of movable assets and various supplies through an online platform.
