Energy renovation of the Roche-sur-Yon Departmental University Center (CUD)

Summary

This tender concerns the energy renovation of the Roche-sur-Yon Departmental University Center (CUD) in department 85. The works cover a complete renewal of the envelope for building E (insulation of walls, floors and roofs) and the replacement of exterior joinery, as well as upgrading ventilation, lighting and building management system (GTB) across buildings E, F and G, excluding heat production. The objective is to reduce energy consumption by at least 40% or to achieve a theoretical maximum consumption of 110 kWhEP/m².year. The estimated contract value is around €3,085,000 excluding VAT; the works will last about 15 months with completion by late 2027. The project is part of CPER 2021-2027 and is funded by FEDER; location: Roche-sur-Yon, 221 Rue Hubert Cailler - cs 50020 – 85035 La Roche-sur-Yon.
