HR digital vault solution in SaaS mode

Summary

This contract concerns the provision, in SaaS mode, of an HR digital vault solution for public institutions that are members of e-Collectivités. The solution should enable member institutions to dematerialize, distribute and store payroll and other HR documents for their staff, and to ensure service continuity for institutions that have already deployed eDocPerso and Desk RH, subject to their migration to the new solution in light of its functional, technical and financial characteristics.
