Renovation of CTM changing rooms and refectory

Summary

The procurement concerns the renovation of the City of Wissembourg CTM (Centre Technique Municipal) changing rooms for men and women and the refectory. The works are divided into six lots: asbestos removal; major civil works – demolitions and earthworks; heating, sanitary installations and tiling; electrical works; plastering and false ceilings and painting; carpentry. The works will be conducted on an occupied site in phased sequences, with attention to safety, environmental considerations and schedule, with completion targeted for 30 June 2027.
