Supply, marking and delivery of promotional and advertising items

Summary

CeA contracts the supply, marking and delivery of promotional and advertising items on its territory under a framework agreement, with the possibility of subsequent contracts (marchés subséquents). Bids must meet exclusion grounds and demonstrate qualification, suitability and compliance. Evaluations will consider price, quality and environmental performance, and bidders must submit the DC1 letter of candidature and, for groupings, the DC2 form, along with references, turnover information and evidence of insurance. The contract includes a social clause.
