DELEGATION DE SERVICE PUBLIC DE GESTION DE L’EXPLOITATION DU MULTI-ACCUEIL « LES FARFADETS »

Summary

This tender concerns a public service delegation by affermage for the management and operation of Beynes’s Les Farfadets multi-accueil childcare center. The contractor will organize and operate the service, ensure the required staffing and competencies, health and safety, hygiene and overall service quality, and manage assets in collaboration with the municipality and CAF within the CTG framework. The initial contract term is two years from January 1, 2027, with up to two renewals, for a total duration not exceeding five years. Funding includes CAF subsidies and other subsidies and family contributions; governance and reporting obligations are included.
