Bakery products supply and delivery

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement for the supply and delivery of bakery and pastry products to all Crous Clermont Auvergne structures, including Clermont-Ferrand and its metropolitan area (department 63), Montluçon (Allier – 03) and Aurillac (Cantal – 15). The contract aims to provide high-quality and safe bakery products, to promote artisanal production, and to increase the share of locally sourced, seasonal and sustainable products in line with the Egalim law, targeting about 50% from sustainable, local supply chains.
