IT assistance and IT expertise

Summary

The tender concerns IT assistance and expertise services across four lots: Lot 1 Systems assistance and expertise; Lot 2 Networks assistance and expertise; Lot 3 Cybersecurity assistance and expertise; Lot 4 RGS compliance homologation project management assistance. Bids are invited in an open, electronic procedure; for each lot, proposals are evaluated on two award criteria: technical quality and price. Lots 1–3 operate under a multi-award framework agreement (up to three awardees), while Lot 4 operates under a single-award framework agreement. The framework agreements are planned to last up to 48 months from award. Bids must comply with qualification, suitability and compliance requirements as set out in the tender documents.
