Summary

This tender concerns travel organization services. The contracting authority plans to arrange about 4 to 5 trips per year, including 1 trip to a twin town, 2-3 trips to France and 1 international trip. Average trip duration is 2-7 days. The service includes program design and execution, accommodation, transport and on-site logistical support. Mandatory guarantees include repatriation and cancellations in case of illness, accident or insufficient participants. For tourist stays (excluding twin-town visits), the contractor must provide on-site guidance for the entire trip. Travel arrangements may be organized with or without municipal accompanying agents; for tourist stays an on-site lead guide must be provided for the duration of the stay.
