Organization of ALSH, SMA and SME services; peri-school times

Summary

This tender concerns the organization and implementation of ALSH non-residential leisure services, peri-school times (morning, midday and evening), and the Service Minimum d’Accueil (SMA) and the Service Minimum Exceptionnel (SME), under a single-attribute framework agreement. The evaluation criteria are: 40% for the quality of activities and approach (innovative activities, project methodology, themed holidays, prevention actions); 30% for human resources (recruitment, referent, director, animators, annual training plan, and user relations); and 30% for relations with municipal services (information sharing and coordination).
