Development of Allée des Sablons, Montmagny Technology Park

Summary

This tender concerns the development and improvement of Allée des Sablons in the Montmagny Technology Park. It comprises a ferme tranche to construct sidewalks, reinforce the carriageway and equalize the road grade along the 120 m length, including a duct for future lighting and a rainwater inlet. An optional tranche covers border adjustments, extension of the raised platform and resurfacing. Some works may be performed at night. The contract is unit-price based and includes project phasing, site organization, traffic management, environmental protection and waste management, and coordination with network operators.
