Subject: Cleaning of roofs and terraces of municipal buildings in Aix-les-Bains. This framework contract covers cleaning services for roofs and terraces of municipal buildings in the city of Aix-les-Bains. The framework agreement is not allotted and will be executed via purchase orders with a maximum annual value of 25,000 EUR excluding VAT. Offers will be evaluated on the basis of the economically most advantageous tender with award criteria consisting of price (50 points), quality (30 points) and environmental criteria (20 points). The contract duration is 1 year from 01/01/2027, with possible up to 3 renewals under the same conditions. The tender documents require submission electronically and include ATTRI1 (Act of Engagement), CCAP, CCTP, BPU and related annexes. The model also covers penalties for delays and poor performance, confidentiality and data protection obligations, and compliance with social and environmental requirements as described in the CCAP and CCTP.
