Supply of databases and preparation of conjuncture notes relating to the business real estate market in Ile-de-France

Two lots cover this procurement: Lot 1 – supply of databases relating to the Ile-de-France business real estate market; Lot 2 – preparation of conjuncture notes on these markets. Deliverables are planned on a semi-annual basis and include both data sets and conjuncture notes for the specified markets (offices, activity premises, warehouses over 5,000 m2 and data centers). The contract is a framework agreement with call-off orders; delivery will take place at the DRIEAT-IF in Paris; the duration is initial two years from notification with possible renewals for two consecutive one-year periods, not to exceed four years. The estimated maximum framework amounts are €160,000 for Lot 1 and €120,000 for Lot 2. The procurement procedure is open; the tender documents require, among others, eDUME/DC1/DC2 forms and related documents.
