Summary

The contract concerns the supply, delivery, installation and, if required, assembly of ergonomic equipment and accessories prescribed medically for CPAM Rhône employees. Bidders must provide: (1) evidence of financial and economic capacity (overall turnover and, where applicable, turnover in the contract's field for the last three financial years), (2) evidence of personnel and management capacity (average annual number of employees and size of the management for the last three years), (3) a list of major deliveries or services performed in the last three years, including value, date and recipient, and (4) evidence supporting the claims.
