Operational lease of a material-handling crane and wheel loader for the IVBO Recycling site, with an option to purchase

Summary

IVBO is procuring the 48-month operational lease of one mobile material-handling crane with a sorting grapple and one wheel loader with a high-tip bucket for its recycling site. The contract includes delivery, commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, statutory inspections, technical support and replacement equipment in accordance with the service-level agreement. IVBO may purchase the machines at the end of the four-year lease, but is not obliged to do so.
